Shipping policy

Free shipping on all US orders. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing: orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery: after your order ships, delivery takes 6 to 10 business days, so plan on 7 to 12 business days in total.

Tracking: we email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where it ships from: orders are shipped by our production partner and may come from overseas. If you order more than one beanie, they may arrive in separate packages.

Delays: if your order can't ship on time, we'll email you a new estimate, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages: if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or your beanie arrives damaged, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Shipping protection (optional): add it at checkout, and if your package is marked delivered but then stolen, we'll replace it free. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

Address changes: please double-check your shipping address. We can't change it once your order has shipped.
